Hitler, the evil dictator was responsible for the death of millions of innocent people, just because they did not fit his distorted and evil vision of so called ‘pure race’. We all know that Hitler and Nazi Germany wanted to propagate, what is often quoted as, the ‘Aryan race’. The term ‘Aryan Race’ and its meaning are often mistaken or distorted from what it really stands for.
Here are some of the key facts:
- Aryans are the original speakers of the Indo-European languages. According to the most common definition, Aryans originate from the ancient Indo-Iranians, Indo-European peoples who inhabited parts of what are now Iran, Afghanistan, and India.
- The word ‘Arya’ is found in Hindu religion and in Sanskrit, and it refers to the upper crust of ancient Indian society, or a noble person.
- A German scholar has also linked the Indo-Iranian Aryan with the German word ‘Ehre’ meaning “honor”.
However, according to what Hitler and his Nazi regime believed, the Aryan descendants are supposedly a sub-group of the Caucasian (White) race. Hitler wanted to put forward this Aryan race as the ‘master race’ or ‘supreme race’.
According to a leaflet from 1929 Nazi propaganda in German, “The Aryan race is tall, long legged, slim. The race is narrow-faced, with a narrow forehead, a narrow high built nose and a lower jaw and prominent chin, the skin is rosy bright and the blood shines through …. the hair is smooth, straight or wavy – possibly curly in childhood. The colour is blond.”
In fact, the Aryan race that Hitler aimed for was a ‘pure white’ race from north Europe; he believed it to be the highest representative of mankind.
Part of India, especially north India, was most likely inhabited by descendants of Aryans or Indo-Aryan race, according to the true definition of the term. However, the master or supreme race that Hitler called Aryan, has nothing to do with this link of Indian civilization.
The truth is, Hitler was a white supremacist and wanted to propagate only ‘pure white’ race that excluded Jews, Gypsies and anybody with physical or mental deformities. His definition of Aryan race had nothing (or very little) to do with actual origin of Aryan race.
Also, as far as the Indian connection to Aryan race goes, Hitler’s definition totally excludes modern day Indians from his so called supreme or master race. Based on the ‘aryan looks’ he desired, we – the Indians of today – do not qualify for his narrow criteria.
Hitler was not a big fan of brown or dark skin, actually quite the opposite. His definition of non-Aryan included Jews, Asians and Africans. For example, his dislike of the black athletes during the 1936 Olympics in Berlin was widely reported. Albert Speer, One of Hitler’s minister recollected in his memoirs titled ‘Inside the Third Reich’, “…He (Hitler) was highly annoyed by the series of triumphs by the marvelous colored (meaning ‘black’) American runner, Jesse Owens.”
So, no matter how you look at it, Hitler’s definition of ‘Aryan race’ was distorted, manipulated and misrepresented during Nazi Germany era. In fact, the term Aryan race is used totally wrongfully by Hitler, just to fulfill his own evil agenda of racism. That is a sad truth.
During Word War II, Hitler was an enemy of our enmey, but he was no friend of the human race, or Aryans for that matter!

Owens also stated how he could ride on the buses in Germany and was treated well as compared to the USA. What Speer said is irrelevant since he was in the enemies hands which makes his “confession” useless.

Hitler wanted to destroy money power, and return the value and worth of an individual as to what he could do for his fellows, and maintain the individual destinies of the various peoples. That is evil apparently. Well we have had 60 years of living in the “victors’” world. Can you hear the approach of Lord Krishna? I think this article hits the nail on the head – we as indians have always been curious when we see swastika and the word “aryan” as, certainly for many hindus, these things are synonomis with our dharma. the question of “was hitler for or agains india and indians” becomes clearer when the concept of “aryan” meaning

When I was in India, I never had a problem in admiring Hitler. Now I’m in US, I can see what kind of a monster is he. Hitler is one man who brought the entire humanity to the brink of absolute slavery. If he had succeeded in his wars, the world would have been a terrible place to live.

To this day, there are still some people who believe in his theories. The only saving grace is 2011 is not 1933. Absolutely biased article. If Aryans are the speaker of Indo European Languages, then German is an Indo European Language and Germans are Aryans. Just like north indians. This is a very shallow article without any proper research. Why did Hitler’s henchman Himmler send a delegation of German researchers to Tibet? It was to explore the roots of Aryans.
These kinds of immature articles all over the internet has actually made some people believe that Hitler was fighting for the white race. There is nothing called white race, white people are divided into many many sub categories like Nordics, Alpines, Mediterranean even east European Slavs etc. There is nothing called white race.
If Hitler fought for white race, why did he attack France and declare war on United states? Why did he attack Russia where majority of the people are having white skin color?

In India Hitler is admired for his resoluteness, steadfastness and clear program.He is admired for his public works programs and his kindness towards animals.
People also say that he dressed neatly and had a clean hairstyle and clean habits and a good sense of aesthetics.
Parents, teachers and many others in India spoke very approvingly of Hitler and his constructive works.
While studying in India, we were taught that he was the only person who garnered the industrial and military capacity to break the back of the British empire and that he nearly destroyed Bolshevism for good. You will not be censured in India for speaking approvingly of Hitler or openly admiring him. On the contrary many Indians will join you in praising most of what he did.
Only in the US he is reviled to the extent that he is.
We Indians constantly feel that we need bring about massive changes in our country and subcontinent with a similar figure who wields unlimited power and has unlimited energy to bring about massive change.
One thing everyone has to know that the origin place of Aryans was northern territory (Arctic region). And from that region they migrated to southeast regions and some European regions. So in that context Hitlers description was true.
